Vanilla Cupcake

Ingredients..
Flour 500g
Egg.  8
Margarine 500g
Sugar 400g
Flavour 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 tin(liquid)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Preservative (optional)
Cupcake paper

Procedure..
*Break your egg in a bowl, beat it and set aside
*Sieve your flour, baking powder and preservative and set aside
*Preheat your oven, you can bake at 180°

-Start by creaming the sugar and margarine together till it becomes light and fluffy
-add you egg bit by bit and cream till it becomes smooth
-next you add your flavour and mix
- the next step is to alternative between your milk and flour, start with flour and end with flour, put abit of flour in your liquid mixture and mix it together, then milk mix, flour mix, milk mix, flour mix, till you finish.
- lastly put your baking cups in your Cupcake pan and pour batter into each, it should be half so that it won't overflow
* If you are using hand to turn, it should be in one direction.
