Nigerian cat-fish pepper soup

Catfish pepper soup and Crocker fish pepper soup respectively 

Same ingredients apart from the fish
Pepper soup spice in the picture

Garlic and ginger .

Fresh pepper 
Salt
Knorr cube
Scent leave 
Onion 
Potatoes.
For the catfish l washed thoroughly with salt and pour boiling water enough to cover the fish, leave for  1 minutes,pour away the hot water and replaced with cold water, this process will allow the slimy stuff the catfish out easily as l did in the video  below, clean your fish properly and set aside.
Blend your fresh pepper, onion and ginger and your pepper soup spice.
Add water in a pot, add the whole ingredients apart from fish and scent leaf
Allow to cook for 5 minutes and add your  fish and allow to cook till fish is properly cooked, add your scent leaf and served hot, l used same process with the Crocker fish apart from washing with hot water.

how to make African salad *abacha*

*abacha* popularly called African salad.. Ingredients.. Palm oil. Potassium (akaonwu) Dry cassava flakes(abacha). Ogilisi (locust beans). Crayfish. Ugba(don't know the English name) Thinly chopped cow skin(cooked) Grinded fresh pepper. Grinded red dry pepper. Grinded dry Cameroon pepper. Stockfish. Smoked fish. Knorr cube.( maggi seasoning) Direction:soaked the dry abacha in cold water for 2minutes and keep on sieve. Dissolve the postassium on room temperature water. Add the estimate of palm oil you need on a bowl depending on the quantity of abacha you want to use. Add gradually the postassium water on the oil with a Turner until the oil become a bit thick and bright yellowish or red yellowish.dont add the remnant of the potassium water it is sand. Add the chopped well cooked cow skin and turn. Add ogilisi. Add grinded crayfish. Add ugba(optional). Add different kinds of pepper and turn well. ...
