  Fiesta 4 large eggs I large sweet  potato or Irish (any of ur choice) Green peas Fresh  tomatoe Green pepper Onion 1  tin milk Two spoonfuls of sugar Pinch of salt  Maggi Fresh pepper Diced beef  Method of preparation   Dice ur  potatoe in vry small shapes  and boil  for 10 minutes Add ur green peas and boil Sieve and allow to cool In a bowl break in ur four eggs,  beat till foamy add ur tin  of milk and sugar keep whisking Add ur flour bit by bit til vry creamy but nt thick Add ur diced  vegetables and seasoning( tomato,  green  pepper, onion, fresh pepper) and any othr vegetable of ur choice Add ur diced beef or any choice  of meat You can also add some diced hotdogs for lovers of chop chop Add ur cooked potatoe with peas Grease ur pan  with olive oil and pour  in ur mixture Basically all vegetables here are diced N/B.. No water pls...for that thick , creamy taste Bake for 30-45 ...

seasoned tilapia

 I have here seasoned tilapia fish, salad & dressing, tomato sauce and mango.  Recipe: Wash fish with lemon juice, Mix spices with butter ie garlic paste, maggi cubes(2), suya spice and little bit of salt. Rub this all over the fish and leave to rest for at least few hours. I used an air frier. What's the verdict 😂😂🤷‍♀️
