how to make African salad *abacha*

*abacha* popularly called African salad.. Ingredients.. Palm oil. Potassium (akaonwu) Dry cassava flakes(abacha). Ogilisi (locust beans). Crayfish. Ugba(don't know the English name) Thinly chopped cow skin(cooked) Grinded fresh pepper. Grinded red dry pepper. Grinded dry Cameroon pepper. Stockfish. Smoked fish. Knorr cube.( maggi seasoning) Direction:soaked the dry abacha in cold water for 2minutes and keep on sieve. Dissolve the postassium on room temperature water. Add the estimate of palm oil you need on a bowl depending on the quantity of abacha you want to use. Add gradually the postassium water on the oil with a Turner until the oil become a bit thick and bright yellowish or red yellowish.dont add the remnant of the potassium water it is sand. Add the chopped well cooked cow skin and turn. Add ogilisi. Add grinded crayfish. Add ugba(optional). Add different kinds of pepper and turn well. ...

mayonnaise

I made my own mayonnaise today and it came out perfect. All thanks to d founder of this group and the people taking out time to explain all recipes, am really grateful. Here is my own recipe but correction is welcome though.  I used 2 eggs,  1 lemon,  salt,  sugar  and veg oil. Procedures... Break ur eggs in a bowl, remove the yoke and put in ur blender.  Divide your lemon and squeeze the juice in a bowl, remove the seed and pour inside the blender Put a pinch of salt nd 1 tablespoon sugar.  Run your blender small for those things to mix nd start putting ur vegetable oil bit by bit and blending gradually until to your taste.

#My baked pasta... # ingredients.. *Pasta * Chicken(you can use mincemeat) * Mushrooms * Sausage * Tomatoes * Tin tomatoes *Carrots, garden peas and corn * Cheese (your choice) * Pepper *Onions       "Procedure".. * Prepare your tomatoes stew (I didn't go step by step on how to make stew cos everybody knows how to make it) * Cook your chicken with onions, garlic and ginger  *Fry your sausage * Stir fry your mushrooms with salt and black pepper * Cook your pasta *Grate your cheese and set aside *Add your fried sausage, mushrooms, vegetables and some of the stew to the chicken and the stock *Mix it together and add any spice of your choice * Get your plate bowl and put your cooked pasta in it  * Mix some of the stew not the one with veggies and mix it properly after that add your veggies n sausage stew to it n mix it up * Mix it up till is even and add your grated Parmesan cheese on top * Put it in your preheated oven with a low heat * Wait for 10-20 ...

seasoned tilapia

 I have here seasoned tilapia fish, salad & dressing, tomato sauce and mango.  Recipe: Wash fish with lemon juice, Mix spices with butter ie garlic paste, maggi cubes(2), suya spice and little bit of salt. Rub this all over the fish and leave to rest for at least few hours. I used an air frier. What's the verdict 😂😂🤷‍♀️
